29th October '09 - New track on the music player!

Two new tracks have been uploaded to the music player.  Track no.1 from the new EP - 'If You Could Only See Me Now' and a brand new never heard before track called 'Learn To Fall' also from the EP.

June '09 - It's all about the Mc's and Alex.

So, we finished the strings today and this EP has some coincidences.  If you want to be one of the musicians that plays on it your first name either has to be Alex (or the equivalent in another language) or your last name has to start with Mac or Mc.   So Shelly and the engineer Tim are the only ones left out.  Musicians / programmers are:

Drum programming - Craig McConnell

Bass guitar - Matt McCullough

Guitar - Dave MacKinnon

Piano - Alex Fiddes / Shelly Quarmby

Cello - Alex McMaster

Violin - Oleksandra Fedyshyn

June '09 - Piano tracks down

Great day in the studio today, three out of six piano tracks were done.  Check out the gallery for some photos and video of Alex Fiddes recording 'Who's That Girl'.

March '09 - Recording started for a new EP.

So, time hasn't been on our side here in Canada and recording for what was going to be an album has started, but now it is going to be a six song EP.  Working with Inside Music in Toronto, Shelly has started laying down the demo tracks for the EP.  Please don't forget to check out Shelly's blog here and other social networking sites (top of the page for links) for updates.
